Mike was our top pick because we could train in multiple locations with multiple different scenarios that were relevant to our lives. We have dealt with reactive and nervous dog behaviors and other dogs that lacked basic manners. Mike was able to help my dogs come out of their shells by giving them the confidence they needed and introduced commands to improve our communication. I would definitely recommend Mike Amalfi because he was the only one who came to the house for free in-home consultation, his prices are competitive and he is always available to promptly answers questions. When we reached out to Mike, our Newfoundland Hooper was out of control counter surfing, jumping on us, not behaving, or listening. Once Hooper returned from his board and train with Mike it’s like night and day, we tell him to sit and will stay until released, I can go for a walk and he doesn’t pull or even need to be on a leash! He also showed us how to reinforce the training that he instilled into our now well-behaved dog. I cannot say enough good things about the training we received from Mike.
